Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting an enrollment form, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

Our courses are open to individuals who:

• Are 16 years of age or older.
• Have basic proficiency in English (instruction language).
• Meet any course-specific prerequisites stated on the respective course page.

Fingrow reserves the right to decline enrollment at its sole discretion.

Course Enrollment & Access

Upon enrollment, you will receive access to:

• Live online sessions as per the scheduled timetable.
• Recorded lectures on the LMS platform at lms.fingrow.in.
• Course materials, code files, notes, and project templates.
• Mentor support via scheduled doubt sessions and Telegram/WhatsApp groups.

Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your LMS credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Course schedules are subject to change. We will provide reasonable prior notice for any schedule modifications.

Student Obligations

As a Fingrow student, you agree to:

• Attend a minimum of 75% of live sessions to be eligible for placement support.
• Complete all assigned projects and assessments honestly and without plagiarism.
• Treat mentors, staff, and fellow students with respect across all communication channels.
• Not record, redistribute, or publish Fingrow course content without prior written permission.
• Provide accurate personal and professional information during enrollment and placement processes.

Intellectual Property

All course content — including video lectures, slides, code samples, notes, project templates, and the Fingrow brand — is the exclusive intellectual property of Fingrow Consulting Services Pvt Ltd.

You may use course materials for your personal learning only. Reproduction, sale, or redistribution of any course material in any form without written consent from Fingrow is strictly prohibited.

Placement Support

Fingrow provides placement assistance including resume review, mock interviews, LinkedIn optimisation, and job referrals through our hiring partner network. This support is subject to:

• Successful completion of the full course curriculum.
• Maintaining the minimum attendance and project submission requirements.
• Actively participating in placement preparation activities as directed by the Fingrow placement team.

Placement support does not constitute a guarantee of employment. Final hiring decisions rest solely with the respective employers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fingrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity or income.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the course fee paid by you.

Termination

Fingrow may suspend or terminate your access to courses and services without prior notice if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms.
• Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behaviour.

You may withdraw from a course voluntarily, subject to our Refund Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.

Amendments

Fingrow reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify enrolled students of significant changes via email or WhatsApp. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
